I’ve been discussing fear, and am intrigued, if not dismayed, by how it’s currently playing out in society.

We seem divided between those who are on board with adhering to rules and queuing up for vaccinations and those who are anti-vaccination, because they believe there are side-effects or they simply don’t trust what they’re being told.

Then there’s group who just don’t want to be told how they should behave.

Many are afraid of getting ill, some of us have lost loved ones and friends. Others place freedom of choice above rules they believe to be unnecessary and are afraid of state control. Others don’t believe in the vaccines or have underlying health issues.

Whatever your views, and I know this topic evokes a lot of emotion and anger, there are elements of fear in whatever we choose.

How we react and manage our fear is up to us.
